Light broken parts, unstable construction

Assembly was easy but the holes holding the unit in place were not aligned and the pins holding it in place were not done right so one of them got stuck permanently and it doesn't freak out. I was able to assemble it using a couple of coupler pins I already had on hand, but when I attached my 55-inch TV to it, the unit buckled a little at the legs and leaned forward. I wasn't sure if it would last very long so I took it. disassembled and sent back.
