Really stiff and hard to use

The material this clear backpack is made from is really stiff and inflexible. It’s not easy to unfold and get into the shape it’s supposed to be. I finally got it shaped like a backpack and filled with items, but it’s still wrinkled and kinda ugly. It will work for going to a baseball or football game, but it’s not a great bag overall. I’m hopeful that over time it might smooth out and become more malleable and easier to use.
