Review on Gentle Hydrating Body Tree Tub by Bill Ramani

When I first bought this $6.99 body wash it was considered the most expensive body wash I have ever bought. . I was forced to buy a new product because the shower gel I've been using for several years has been discontinued. I used to study Shea Moisture, Argan Oil and Shea Butter for my very dry and sensitive skin. It was very good too, and $8 to $9 for 16 ounces. Happy with the product and the price. This continued until Unilever acquired Shea Moisture and their argan oil product was discontinued. Tree To Tub Body Wash is the best I've ever used; PERIOD. I know you pay for quality. I had no issues with the $6.99 8.5 ounce bottle, but the new $8.99 price is too high for me. I'm still not sure I want to pay $1.06 an ounce in a high volume family. The company was kind enough to give me a $15 gift certificate towards another purchase, but it was tied to downloading Facebook Messenger on one of my devices. I'm sorry but I don't use Facebook; I value my "privacy" and don't value their policies. I don't understand why companies, especially new companies, associate with other companies, they don't control them, especially when they launch a product, brand image is everything. So I go back to another Unilever Shea Moisture product and hope the product hasn't been cheapened by the Unilever bean counters. We will see.
