Gentle Hydrating Body Tree Tub Review

I love this shower gel. This is perhaps my favorite Tree to Tub product and I have used many of them. The smell is lovely and really helps me enjoy my morning shower. The soap lathers well, but doesn't leave the skin feeling dry or tight. I was a little apprehensive about using it in the drier winter months but so far I haven't had any issues with dryness and have even ditched the lotion at one point just to see how my skin feels. it was neither dry nor itchy. I'll give an honest review in exchange for trying a new shower gel. Last night I finally got the chance to use the new citrus scented shower gel for sensitive skin. I used face to foot. I expected my face to be terribly dry like many soaps tend to be. It's dried up a bit as of this morning and I plan to use an unscented shea butter lotion on my face soon. Otherwise my body was just great, no dryness, burning or redness. This shower gel lathers well and smells nice. :-)

This shower gel was packaged very nicely and included real dried soap berries which was a fun little gift. The smell is strong orange-citric, which I liked, but may or may not be your thing. I would have liked a more subtle scent. It lathers well and doesn't irritate or dry me out. I love more natural ingredients. It's pricey for the amount of product you get - even among other nicer, more natural brands - but it's more of a gift/luxury item than an item you stock up on for your family.

When I first bought this $6.99 body wash it was considered the most expensive body wash I have ever bought. . I started using Tree to Tub products 6 months ago and I love them. I suffer from mild psoriasis and these products have helped me keep it at bay compared to all chemical based skin care products which often cause more breakouts. I've been buying Tree to Tub products by subscription for over a year. I am very happy with them. Honestly, I agreed to a free bottle of this product in exchange for taking the survey (but rating Revain was optional). I really like this scent and will switch from lavender to it. I didn't really compare the products when I first started ordering this, but the price might seem high for the number of ounces. However, due to Soapberry's amazing foaming properties, you only need a VERY small amount.

I had eczema on my hands and fingers for the past year. It hurt sometimes. So I was looking for a body wash that would be both soothing and cleansing without the added fragrances or irritants that would trigger my eczema.
