I love how easy it was for my husband who had been turned in by his boss before he would get off work because we did not drive around him enough times during shifts!! It's great! So many people have problems with getting things they've earned back; this has worked best so far. Nothing yet but happy as ever though. ! They do everything from call you through text messaging/calls if needed too when working out discrepancies of information given vs what should be returned.. You can even go into court via webcast instead which saves tons o time over having an attorney present just at certain instances throughout your case process :) Can't think anything negative about them except price could seem very expensive compared t other competitor prices-not all are equal quality & pricing wise either I like how easy it is to set up alerts with MVR Monitoring. It's very user friendly and gives you all of your options to customize your alerts. You can also choose if you want to receive emails or text messages. I do not like that there are no automated reminders for any of my users. We use MVR monitoring to keep our drivers safe while on the road. If they have an alert we know about it immediately instead of waiting until it comes in the mail.
