The instructions are very good. I would recommend taking your time and only stamping the parts needed for each step as you assemble each step. The laser precision with which these details are carved is incredible. It takes some effort to put the pieces together, but do two things when putting things together. Rock it back and forth, don't push too hard to break the piece, and make sure the 2 pieces are FULL together (ok, it's actually 3 things!). really shaky. I almost didn't buy it after seeing this video but luckily my wife convinced me I would still enjoy collecting it. Let me just say it didn't wobble at all when I was done. That's why I say that you need to make sure that all the connections are fully connected. I feel like it makes a big difference in durability. I didn't record my time for compilation but I think I spent about 8 hours in 2 days total putting it together. I took my time and was very careful. I broke one of the pieces and it was the accessory that didn't have a duplicate. I was able to pull it apart from the templates using a few drops of wood glue and some unused wood. This little incident happened when I was nearing the end of a project, I was starting to get nervous and in a hurry to finish. TAKE YOUR TIME, the best part is putting it together - enjoy it! Will definitely be buying another one for a future rainy day project.
