Great travel hair dryer, works well with European 220 volts
Powerful enough for a mini hair dryer, compact and lightweight for travel. Dual voltage is very helpful. I used it by switching to 220 volts and connecting a UK plug adapter. Please note that you cannot set it to a high value if you switch it to 220 volts and run it on that current. But the low value will be much more powerful than when using 120 volt US power. This is a safety feature so you don't fry the device and yourself. This is normal, not a defect.
