Edit: The customer support team worked hard to resolve my issues and explain why I'm experiencing what I'm experiencing. The camera cut was a massive U-cut rather than an O-cut. came out on camera. When I aligned it with the screen, the camera was at the very edge to the right of the U. The included screen prep wipes were not worth using. They were 2 inch square napkins and didn't work. Wet wasn't enough to wipe the entire screen, and dry left marks on the screen.
