Fan installation and operation as shown. Installation on a 2015 Subaru Forester was super easy, just a couple of screwdrivers. Removal of the glove box and plastic trim is tool-free, but requires a second person to prevent spilling the contents of the glove box onto the floor. The fan has 3 Phillips screws holding it in place. I recommend using a short screwdriver for easier access and start with the screw on the front of the car first as it is the hardest to access. The harness has a simple locking mechanism, so just squeeze and pull. Installation is the reverse process. Allow 20-30 minutes from start to finish depending on how much junk you have to put back in the glove box.
