I read some of the reviews and was a little concerned that the black hat would not be big enough for my baby head. He is 12 months old. The head is a fairly good size. 95% for his age lol. Measured with a cloth tape measure, it measures approximately 19 inches. This hat fits perfectly! He can wear it for a while. I had to make it a little tight to fit him so he could grow with him. I'm so happy! My little three year old daughter could even fit in and have room to grow. I would say her head circumference is about the same as my one year old. Probably around 21 or 22 inches.
