Broke in less than a year

I've had them for about 7 months, regular use, I don't travel with them, I don't move them, I just put them on and off always something right, the Earbuds broke internally after less than a year, I understand these aren't the best headphones money can buy and they're in the budget price range for in-ear headphones, but it really sucks and especially extremely impractical because I have to buy new headphones.
