Great tool for managing service providers and customer relationships

I like that it allows me to have multiple accounts in one place, so when something is off with an account (like email or billing) all of my other customers are not affected! It can be difficult at times figuring out what information you need from your clients vs their preferences/needs versus system requirements etc., but overall this has been very helpful! One thing we've really enjoyed about keepCon as compared to our competition was how easy they made onboarding new employees - no more having them fill up forms over several days just getting started!!

Pros
  • Easy way for staff members who don't know eachother well enough yet within ecommerce storefronts.to get acquainted quickly without spending too much time learning everyone's names & faces before starting work together :)
Cons
  • Can feel unresponsive occasionally during peak hours
