This set comes with clear and easy to follow instructions. My husband and I tried them out together for a unique date night (he's willing to put up with me). The instructions say you can use multiple pumps but after only 1.5 hours my husband refused to pump more for fear of tearing my skin. The feeling is strange, like pressure and a slight burning sensation. Read the removal instructions before applying, we had a mini melt because we wanted to remove it right away and in our panic we couldn't figure out how to remove it so I was dancing around my living room with these things on my buttocks. However, they are easy to remove, just pull the tip and the suction will stop. It was of course a unique experience, but not a pleasant one. All parts in this set are well made and easy to clean. I didn't feel any pain relief, but it didn't make it worse.
