Review on Donorfy by Mike Starling

As with all of our campaigns, we are able to use one platform for multiple clients which makes everything seamless! Our team does not have to worry about different platforms or having access to data across several channels - they can focus solely on their own tasks without worrying if things aren't syncing up correctly between teams/channels. We've been using them since 2015 so there's nothing I dislike at this point but do wish more people were aware how great these guys really are!! The customer service has always exceeded expectations when needed (even over holidays). They're very responsive & helpful, even during non-business hours via email / phone calls. Have used other CRMs before where you had to jump through hoops just get basic info into your database etc., whereas here its such an easy process once setup properly!
