Super happy with this product. I'm glad I opened the box before going to the shop to look for Teflon tape because everything you need to install this unit is included in the box and then some. Not only does it come with Teflon tape and extra rubber washers, it also comes with multiple hooks. I may have misread the description when I ordered it but I'm really glad it came with them so I can hang our shower scrubber. Installation was very easy and quick. I decided to turn the part you use to determine which shower head is in use to the side so the hose doesn't hang over the shower controls. It also makes it easier to access the adjustment lever, but everyone in my house can still reach it, so we're not worried about that. If you're short and worried about reaching it, I highly recommend installing it on the side like we did. In any case, all wall mounts are glued, so no drilling or worrying about leaks. I am very happy with the shower, I use it every day.
