We are very pleased with our custom-sized cellular shade! The smooth mechanism lets us raise or lower the shade with literally one finger. We chose the light filtering option for our kitchen window and like the way it blocks the glare and heat of direct sunlight while still allowing diffused light to fill the room. Outside mounting was straight forward and the brackets make it easy to finely adjust the side-to-side fit even if you can’t get the brackets perfectly spaced. The woven cloth material appears well made and is a nice weight that we hope will last for years to come. Our initial shipment came with a slight blemish (a fold near the top of the shade was misshaped), but the company promptly sent a replacement no questions asked when contacted. The second shade arrived in perfect condition and looks great! We definitely recommend BlindsAvenue for quality, well-priced shades and will use them again!
