The product itself is very nice and looks well made. However, I washed my horse on Saturday and came back on Sunday to see his tail sticking out of the bottom of the bag. Looks like the bottom came out! It doesn't have a heavy tail so it shouldn't have happened. I think they need to invest in a slightly stronger fabric and thread.
