Review on I SMILE Replacement Clasps Fitbit Tracker by Erick Hernandez

I have ordered this exact set before and love it! This time however one of the straps arrived EXTREMELY stretched. Sad to have my last strap from them after 1 week b4 time of canceled order set.so in the meantime i don't have a set to use when i have to return all 3 praying i actually get a good replacement set return all and again waiting for 2 out of 3 to be perfect , and i will need them if you ask me their quality control failed on their part so they should be the ones to send me another replacement for free and i didnt even have to send back the stretched useless tape they sent me at all. On the first order I would have given them an all round 5 stars. Now I am so upset, definitely need to see how they deal with this situati on to give them more than 2-3 stars. Will give you an update on how they deal with it. I'm so tired of getting bullshit in the mail! Come on, smile, be proud and correct your mistake! Please! If you do I will definitely be a repeat customer and will definitely give you all the 5 stars you deserve for your quality products! (Not defective!) It shouldn't be my inconvenience, it should be yours! I know I'm in this business! Thank you and feel free to contact me! Has this happened to anyone else?
