Nice machine to improve on

All ok but room for improvementProsIt arrived very well packaged with clear instructions and easy to use. It only took a few minutes to set up and run. It's a nice car and appears to be a quality product. It takes approximately 1 minute to brew a cup of coffee (after a 1 minute preheat cycle when on). The steamer works well and it was easy to make milk and a cappuccino. Cons / Needs Improvement: Limited selection of coffee types and sizes. Even using the long coffee setting, only half a cup was brewed. I understand that this is an espresso machine, and a super automatic one at that, but it would be better if it offered more options, including the ability to brew a full cup of coffee. However, you can fill the cup manually using the hot water dispenser. Some annoyances that can be disabled. Every time you turn it on, it will ask you if you want to rinse it before you can choose the coffee you want. I'd rather be asked for it when I'm done, or to be able to choose how often I want to rinse it, or before or after I get my coffee. The way I look at it when I turn it on, the first thing I want to see is a menu where I can choose the type of coffee I want. During the initial setup, you must enter the date and time. In the event of a power failure, the date and time must be re-entered. I would prefer if this feature is optional and can be disabled. If you don't want the machine to automatically brew coffee at a specific time, you don't need the date and time. Alternatively, it may have a small battery like a clock just to keep the clock running during a power outage.

Pros
  • FULLY AUTOMATIC: Easily prepare delicious coffee and coffee-quality espresso drinks at home; Choose the drink you want by turning the adjustment knob
Cons
  • Discontinued
