The pin was lost as soon as my son put it on.
This product fell apart as soon as I put it on, lost the tiny pin that holds the bracelet together and now the watch is unusable, very dissatisfied and upset that my son is not working with his best watch. Please if anything can be done or if it can be replaced let me know the process
