Poor quality - do not buy

The reason for buying a smart fan is convenience, which is not the case at all. The app and the fan do not communicate well. The app keeps logging you out, and when you come back you'll have to reconnect and set the fan - and that's if you're lucky. Several times I had to open the fan control and do a hard reset. This is especially problematic and cumbersome when the guests are over and you need to turn the light/fan on or off, but the app is no longer connected. The best part of it all is the default password they give to reconnect to the fan every time it's needed. "Intelligence" reset - lololol
