Review on πŸ”οΈ North Face Fastpack Hiking Shoe by Marc Cahoon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Poor quality control

Hard to decide how to look at them. I've had three pairs and would buy them again if they were on sale, but they're not worth a full retail sale. At $75 these are good shoes, at $120 they are very expensive. My biggest criticism is the quality control. The first pair lasted about 6 months, the second pair wore out in less than 3 months; The third pair lasted a little longer but was easier to work with, although after about 8 months the heel cushioning was completely gone and I didn't have to use them anymore because they were digging into my Achilles tendon. I should mention I use them for disc golf which is notoriously rough for shoes but for $120 I expect over 3 months of use. I should also mention that these things eat laces like crazy, I had to replace them 3 times on my last pair.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Exorbitant price
