This thing is TERRIBLE! 1) The screws are all odd sized. I had to rummage through my entire tool box to find the right size and it still didn't fit properly. 2) All the screws must be tightened before you even hang it on the wall, otherwise it will swing like a flag in the wind. .3) The screw that controls the up and down motion CANNOT be tightened enough to prevent tipping. 4) Extreme lack of instructions. At least they could tell me what size drill bit to drill holes for the wall anchors. I am extremely disappointed. This is the worst thing I've ever bought here (and I bought Baby Geniuses 2 on DVD.
