The software has allowed me as an engineer at my work place (Equinix) access our energy portfolio from anywhere I am with no restrictions or limitations.

It's been very helpful when we had some issues during hurricane Irma last year because it was able to give us remote support so quickly! We are still using this system but they have recently released new features which allows you do even greater things without having any IT department help out by installing updates etcetera. There isn't anything really bad about being connected through your mobile phone instead of physically going into office hours like other companies require. As mentioned above there were recent changes made however these did not affect how much i enjoyed working remotely while away from home/office with colleagues who also worked via desktop computer systems.
