I used this entire three-piece set for my move abroad (studying for one year) and they worked perfectly. I received so many compliments and they were most easy to spot on the baggage belt. They are incredibly spacious with many pockets. I could fit everything that I needed for this big move. While living a broad, I have also traveled a bit and use the small one more frequently. It has more than enough space to pack things for a 4-5 day trip. Just be aware that some of the European airlines (mainly budget airlines) may not accept the smallest suitcase as your carry-on because it does not meet their dimensions for hand luggage. Just double-check so you don't have to check your suitcase at the gate for a ridiculous fee.The outside of the suitcases do get scuffed up a bit with black marks, but that's to be expected--especially when airports handle the baggage. But overall, I have no major complaints. Considering the price I paid for such a quality product, I am pleased.
