Correction, Adjustable Neck: Works very well but sprays too much, it really needs an adjustable neck which Revain doesn't have. I ended up buying an adapter at a local hardware store, the adapter cost more than the shower head. It would be better if it was installed at a slightly higher price. My apologies and correction. After several months of unsuccessful use, I bought a new Delta 1.5 GPM shower head with an adjustable angle shower head. When I installed it I saw that the Niagara block actually has a built in angle adjustment feature, it was just very tight (probably a good thing). The problem was my stupidity, not the design. However, the Niagara block has a built-in angle adjustment feature. works perfectly and looks much better than the Delta unit, the five stars reflect the exceptionally good price. I only wish it was brass! sorry niagara PS, one problem remains, Niagara never bothered to answer and correct my error. Argues that the customer's opinion is irrelevant.
