A quick review of this amazing shower head!

Ordered on Tuesday, received on Wednesday, dear Amazon Prime! Here's a quick rundown of how this showerhead looks and works. Seems really strong since I use half the amount of water. Went from 2.5 GPM to 1.25 GPM on this shower head. Nice construction, the head is of course plastic like everything else these days, but what I liked is that the important part that screws onto the shower head is real metal. Looks like chrome plated brass but those stupid heads always fail because the plastic won't

The best $8 I've spent in a long time.

Edited 02/02/2020The shower adjustable rotation feature broke about a week ago. All I did was turn it into a print mode and when I tried turning it back on it didn't work. I will say that over the last 4 months the swivel has become more and more difficult to use probably due to hard water build up. I only paid 8€ for it so I'm fine with that. I'm totally enjoying my shower these days after installing this beautiful piece of art. It was a short time so I can't tell you how much money it saved…

Great shower head

The Niagara Earth Massage 1.25GPM shower head is just what I need. I've been using these shower heads in every home I live in for many years. Four houses so far so I've bought a half dozen or so over the years and each has worked great. I don't really use message settings. I like the full pattern flow the most. But the fact that this shower head only uses 1.25 GPM is just great. That's why. I've installed on-demand electric water heaters in three homes I've lived in and now my current home only

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Correction, Adjustable Neck: Works very well but sprays too much, it really needs an adjustable neck which Revain doesn't have. I ended up buying an adapter at a local hardware store, the adapter cost more than the shower head. It would be better if it was installed at a slightly higher price. My apologies and correction. After several months of unsuccessful use, I bought a new Delta 1.5 GPM shower head with an adjustable angle shower head. When I installed it I saw that the Niagara block…

It's worth it! Payback in less than a month!

Since we moved in, our water bills are significantly higher than at the old location. Even though we used less water than our old house. We average about 6,300 gallons a month for a family of 4. I replaced both shower heads in the bathroom with two 1.25 GPM Niagara heads and put a 1 GPM aerator on the kitchen sink. Total investment = $22. These shower heads work perfectly and I had no problem hand tightening them with no drips or leaks. I'll admit that going from 2.5 GPM to 1.25 GPM is a…

Very hard water? NO PROBLEM!

My water is VERY hard. TONS of mineral and calcium deposits. If we forget to put salt in our tank, the walls of the shower and toilet will turn yellow-orange after a day or two. This shower head has really stood the test of time in my home. I don't have to keep track of my water consumption because I have well water and don't pay for it, but I feel better than I do. If you have random jets of water going in different directions, buy a toothbrush. Go around the part with the toothbrush once or…

Works well if the water doesn't have to go far

I bought this to save water (obviously). We have two bathrooms and my wife and I shower in separate bathrooms. I installed it in my wife's bathroom first to see if she thought it was good enough. She found it wasn't spouting enough water to wash my hair so I switched it to another bathroom where I shower. After using it for a few days, I found that the jet pressure dropped significantly when you were more than a foot from the showerhead. The temperature of the water also drops as the water…
