I've used it about 20 times and I love it! I can pour cold water in it and after 15 minutes it's nice and hot. The device goes up to 44, but that's too hot for me. I should have it at 42. Here are some of the negative reviews I read about this product: WATER PRESSURE STRUCTURES ARE WEAK I have never had a foot spa with high pressure water jets. THE BOTTOM OF THE DEVICE IS TOO SHARP AND CAUSES FEET I found that to be true, especially after soaking my feet for a while. You become sensitive. I went to Walmart and bought cheap leg straps and put my feet on them when using the device. Works perfect! THE DEVICE IS TOO HEAVY FOR EMPTY WATER That's right, and that's why they have a hose. I pour the water into a shallow container until full and drain. I then finish emptying the device into a shallow container. The device itself is thick plastic and I can pick it up when the water level is low. THE CASTORS ON THE UNIT ARE CHEAP AND EASILY BREAK The casters are plastic and work great on my ceramic floor. Tile. My friend has a thick carpet and it is difficult to roll. So I went to Home Depot and bought these moveable furniture pads to use on carpets. Now it slides perfectly on the carpet. This is a great device and I recommend it.
