I didn't want to buy it as the price was too high. The thing is, I haven't found anyone else who made a foot pillow that supports the entire calf. For some reason the straps are held on with velcro but are difficult to adjust. The velcro sometimes digs into my skin until I adjust. The edges should be rounded, but they are square, allowing for fine adjustment to keep the pillow comfortable. From then on I liked the product so much that I just accepted it and kept it. As I wrote, I have not seen any alternative product that I could purchase that would suit my needs. It's been 4 months and I have to say that thing is a piece of junk. The fabric begins to unravel a little and the zipper puller pops open immediately. It states that the return window closed in February. I guess I'll wait and see if I get a response from the supplier and if not I'll look for other means. I don't want to keep this thing; especially since it is bad and very expensive.
