one. I like it. I have had 2 right knee replacement surgeries and 3 spine surgeries affecting my right side. Now I can sleep better when my legs are level and my knees don't chafe. It's also great when I'm lying on my back, it gives my leg quite a bit of elevation. I also have problems with swelling. Very soft and comfortable. I will add another piece of gum, one is not enough to hold it.

Pros
  • Like all
Cons
  • so far. Minor problems

The elastic leg strap is not suitable for a tall man. The pillow wasn't long enough. I needed more to accommodate my longer legs. My height is 6 feet 3 inches. Tried the pillow several times but the elastic strap was made for an average height person. I have neuropathy. Pulling the rubber band caused my neuropathy. so I don't put one foot on top of the other. One foot on the other gives me neuropathy. I am currently unable to use the product. I would like to return.

The extra ankle length is great!

I don't actually need a hip belt. But if you toss and turn a lot, this might come in handy. It has greatly reduced my sciatica pain, I have double scoliosis so I don't have high hopes for anything that will relieve it completely, but I don't wake up as often as I used to. The extra length to the ankles is really nice so not only does it eliminate the gap between the hips and knees, but you no longer have to worry about knee pain due to the gap from the knees to the ankle when lifting. Of…

Absolutely amazing :) suitable for pillows and positioning aids

I had knee surgery a few years ago and ended up with screws in my kneecap and femur. The surgery went well, but I couldn't sleep on my side because it put pressure on the screws when my knees touched. Over the years I've tried pretty much every type of pillow known to man in hopes of solving my problem. Then "BAM" one night while surfing in Revain, I came across this pillow. However, I was reluctant to spend $50 on a pillow. So instead I admired the pillow from afar and continued to suffer at…

Not worth the money

I really wanted to like it and to be honest it's comfortable but definitely not for the price! It doesn't stand still, and the standard size is even small for me, and my legs aren't long. I'm 5ft 3" tall and if I can't find it in exactly the right position my foot will slip. Then you can't move at all in your sleep or you go back to where you started and try to position this thing. The longer one has 2 straps which I think would be better, one strap is useless. The case is also of poor quality.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Hard to say

Extremely dissatisfied, don't buy, grade 1 just because I can't 0

I didn't want to buy it as the price was too high. The thing is, I haven't found anyone else who made a foot pillow that supports the entire calf. For some reason the straps are held on with velcro but are difficult to adjust. The velcro sometimes digs into my skin until I adjust. The edges should be rounded, but they are square, allowing for fine adjustment to keep the pillow comfortable. From then on I liked the product so much that I just accepted it and kept it. As I wrote, I have not seen…

I've been pleased with this pillow for knee and back pain relief

I've been using this pillow for about 9 months - first to relieve stress from a knee injury I had last year and then discovered that I continue to use when I found it helped with a long standing back injury. While my knee was recovering, the pillow was VERY helpful in relieving lateral pressure on the joint, which was a major cause of sleep discomfort. (I tried a few shorter knee pillows before getting this one, but since I sleep on my side, short pillows actually increased lateral pressure on…
