The extra ankle length is great!

I don't actually need a hip belt. But if you toss and turn a lot, this might come in handy. It has greatly reduced my sciatica pain, I have double scoliosis so I don't have high hopes for anything that will relieve it completely, but I don't wake up as often as I used to. The extra length to the ankles is really nice so not only does it eliminate the gap between the hips and knees, but you no longer have to worry about knee pain due to the gap from the knees to the ankle when lifting. Of course, this is true if you have wide hips like me. I recommend this product.
