This is an old school monitor. Positive moments: the monitor is powered by 120V. Direct connection. An external power supply is not required. It is VESA compliant so it can be mounted on a stand or bracket. (Screws included) Color reproduction is fairly accurate and screen brightness is good. There is a setting to reduce the blue color for evening or nighttime viewing. Cons: This screen has a wide bezel around the outer edges. Nowadays when borderless or frameless screens are very popular, I can't understand why Lenovo released a new screen with wide bezels. The display has a cheap plastic-based shutter. The body is made entirely of plastic. The display is not height adjustable. It only offers VGA and HDMI video inputs. NO. DVI or display post connectors are available. Conclusion: This monitor left me a bit confused. This is a brand new monitor just released by Lenovo, but it has an old, dated design with limited video inputs, wide plastic bezels around the screen, and nothing that really sets it apart from the rest. Nothing makes it appear at the top of the list. Specifications are the same. At $100, that's not much. There are better 1920 x 1080 monitors that offer better value for money thanks to borderless displays and higher clock speeds. RECOMMENDATION. Keep searching, you can achieve more.
