I like that it allows me to send documents securely, without having to worry about what kind of email they are sending them through or if their emails will be read by any third party (like my employer).

There isn't much you can do right now in terms of customization other than changing your logo/color scheme but this could change at some point down the line so keep up to date! It's easy enough to use once set up correctly - just make sure all users have access to edit permissions before trying out different types of file attachments. Sending secure files between clients and myself has been made easier because we don't need to share our login credentials every time someone needs something sent over via eMail.
