Doesn't have 16GB of RAM

The machine they sent me only had 4GB of RAM. This is very different from the advertised 16GB and makes repairs pointless as you can buy those specs new. Test your memory by going into a web browser and typing chrome://system - it's not well formatted but you can google it with GB at the end and Google will give you a human readable format.
