I live in Southern California where the water is very hard. I have a water softener, but it doesn't filter all hard water. My hair didn't look very soft or straight. So I changed my shower head! Yes! Here's my review: First, it was very easy to install. We had an old shower head so we needed a tool to remove it. (But my husband did it. So anyone can! :) ) When he installed his new shower head, he didn't need any tools! Just use your hand. That's enough! Second, I feel the difference. How soft is my hair! The water flow is so good and strong enough! Third color. What a perfect color for my bathroom! I was looking for a copper color :) Overall I am very happy with this product and will definitely buy again!
