Comfortable shoes but they constantly creaked all day on the second day I wore them in a thick cotton sock. Today I made another attempt with a thinner mid-weight polyester sock. The shoes didn't make that annoying squeak with thinner socks, so be aware that this could be an issue with thicker cotton socks. I leave the shoes on but am a bit disappointed that I have limited socks to wear with these shoes. Nonetheless, the shoe is comfortable, and although casual, it's smart enough to wear to work with a shirt and tie.
