Edited: So I was on the phone and accidentally for pro. You can get Plus and change it. ALSO if you don't want to search for it every day. DO NOT move it. Keep the plus right where it is. ****Turn it off via the app instead of just turning it off. This is a good product. But people just can't read instructions or understand how to use technology. Many of my devices have to be reconnected when I first disconnect them without disconnecting them in the app. THERE IS a reason why these things come with apps…. Previous post: As others have mentioned, I had a terrible time trying to connect it to my wireless network. If you have 5, you probably also have a 2.4 network. Your internet usually hops between the two, jumping to the faster bandwidth. I never understood this until the technician explained it to me. Anyway, I spent about 2 days connecting it. The first few times nothing happened at all. Then it would be, but then it would soon be severed. Well I've had it for a week now and it finally seems to have a stable connection! Maybe he needed to "warm up" lol. But now I'm pretty happy.
