this is my new alarm clock, it mimics the sunset in my bedroom window. I really don't like getting up for work before sunrise. My body clock is used to living farther east in the time zone than at my current location, which is just a few kilometers east of the central time zone. So I had a brainstorm. Bought this light and attached it to a gooseneck lamp attached to my headboard with an Alexa controlled smart plug that automatically turns on at 6:00am. Makes me feel like the sun is shining through my window, makes mornings more bearable. I was researching solar alarm clocks, they are expensive and hard to find replacement bulbs so that was my decision.
