These shoes are amazing and life-saving! My daughter slipped on the floor twice in her socks and got nosebleeds, so I looked for slippers with non-slip soles. I was initially concerned about the fit based on some previous reviews. I bought a 9-10 even though she is a size 10 and I was worried they would be too small but they fit her perfectly! I measured her foot and checked the sizing and am glad I went with the seller's measurements. I used to buy slippers with rubber nubs on the bottom but they wear out and become as slippery as socks, but not these slippers! They are incredibly soft on the inside with a foam insole. The slippers are thick but not too tight; They don't slip off when she walks, but she can put them on herself without help. The embroidery is really high quality, bright rich colors. And the fabric is soft and slightly fluffy/velvet but doesn't pill. The outsole is like a tennis shoe - durable rubber with a small tread on the bottom. I'm not worried about her walking up and down the stairs in them - she doesn't trip over them like she does in the soft slippers she used to have. These are real slippers, not stuffed animals with holes for their feet that are passed off as slippers. These are the best slippers I have found.
