Simply Good Scent: Fragrance

I'm not sure if I've got a bad batch but I can barely hear the notes in this perfume oil. I looked at other reviews and feel almost nothing. For reference, I have about four bottles of Swiss Arabian Oils, but this is the first oil I can't smell.
