it's really a shame because they are very comfortable, the mic sounds good and they are very durable. When I first used the headphone volume control it crackled, as did the mic when I adjusted it (sound quality isn't very good either). This in itself isn't such a bad thing, but soon after I have to fiddle with the cable to get sound in my left and right ears. After about 2 months, the right handset simply failed. it's too expensive and doesn't last long
