I like that the bag is light and colorful and has many useful pockets. I HATE that the buckles/hardware on the shoulder straps are plastic and broke after two weeks of use. It broke on holiday, luckily there was a hardware store nearby so I could attach a strap. **** I would like the seller or manufacturer to replace the bracelet for free.
