I'm a professional baker by trade. I broke my wrist a little over a year ago and it's recently started bothering me with arthritis making shaping loaves more difficult. Using this has helped a lot, it saves having to pound the dough to knock the air out for shaping. If this can hold up to being used several hours a day making hundreds of loaves, I think it'll hold up well for any home cook. The roller doesn't wobble at all, and the metal seems very solid. The only small issue I see is the two screws used to hold the handle on are slightly raised since the hole in the metal wasn't countersunk. But, meh.it works for me.
