Advantages: pleasant feel. The rubber grip feels good and is in the right place. Textures, ergonomics, everything is good. The buttons feel great and the sticks are good quality! Very easy to connect, connect to USB C on switch, pairing in 2 seconds. Activated as usual, ready to use. Tested / calibrated all knobs and knobs: excellent! Customer service was very fast! If I need more controllers, I'll buy another one. Cons: So bad. On Christmas morning, the girls open the box. It looks great, good lines, colors, super excited. You plug it in and immediately notice the problem. Start Luigi's Mansion 3, Luigi has started pirouettes! The right stick moved normally, but was sort of centered all the way to the right. Calibrated, no dice. Troubleshooting guide that came with the controller without the dice. I was tempted to take it apart but decided to return it under warranty. Ideal! They immediately sent us a new one and we received the replacement in just a few days! The exchange works perfectly. TLDR: Defective controller quickly exchanged, very satisfied. Thoughts: Super fast service. I understand that on an economical model, the QC may be slightly lower, or a bad one may have slipped through. It happens. The service made up for it. IDK for the battery life at the moment, but as long as it's halfway decent I'll be buying more of these. Thanks very much!
