Bought as a gift. I was hesitant at first because sometimes shopping like this is a gamble, but this bag is amazing! It's not hard to figure out how to change the shape. After a few minutes of searching and playing around I was able to make all the shapes except for the triangle. Haven't tried it yet as I don't think it will have enough room for much. The color is black, in normal lighting it changes to purple, blue, yellow. You must use your camera's flash to see bright, vivid colors. This is a cool photo effect, but don't expect to see these colors often unless you're doing a photo shoot. The bag is very solid and filled quite thick. Belt could be better. They arrived bent and dented from folding. You can make the straps long by stretching them or short by folding the straps. At the moment the straps have a permanent crease from folding and I don't know how to fix that. I think the straps would be better with adjustable straps/straps or with smaller versions of the "U" shaped straps.
