This is my favorite! Clumsy at first, but it keeps your molars from ever touching, and somehow it's more comfortable than a full tray. It makes you sound weird. I like to put it on when we go to bed and tell my husband about my day just to make it more interesting. The instructions for molding are clear and helpful. I never had to redraw. I've been using this look for 3 years now. We will never come back! Buy "fresh” regularly.
