I love this bag! I liked the colors, design and spaciousness for everything I need for my work. However, after a little over 30 days of use, it started falling off. Lightning stops working or is stuck. As a result, the main compartment had to be left open pending replacement. I decided not to replace them with the same bag from the same seller for fear of repeating the problem. Also, it exited the recovery window when it crashed, so I had to take the time to contact Revain directly to get the overwrite exception. Although it didn't take much time, I just don't want to repeat the situation. I bought another brand which was more expensive but hopefully more durable and doesn't have a zipper.
