I finally figured out that I have to loosen the small screws to attach the rail. now i love it

Hanging instructions are printed in Japanese on the cellophane wrapper. I don't read Japanese. I can't figure out how to attach the splint to the magic disk. Since drilling into the wall in the apartment isn't an option, it's useless unless I can find a way to hang it on the fridge. This is disappointing because it is exactly what I was looking for.
