I've had them for about two now Years Cool - Easy to use clean - Average quality stainless steel - Rubber seems durable Bad: - Does not prevent leakage - Poor manufacturing process leaves many defects on metal surfaces - Poor manufacturing process leaves many scratches and wear marks on metal surfaces - Thin, easy to bend These Coasters work well They are attractive and suit modern decor They do not prevent leakage as there is no absorbent surface and the rubber feet are wide enough to prevent condensation from dripping onto the metal underneath good quality (non-magnetic) The manufacturing process is rough, leaving pits and defects in the metal. Also, the coasters have been roughly machined during the production time as they are all scratched and scuffed on the highest flat surface.I If someone casually takes a look at the coaster they might not notice such a detail, so I would consider it a modern one Recommend decor set that does not go under examination . (especially machinists :P) Stainless steel is expensive and hence the metal parts of this coaster are flimsy. I can bend one with my bare hands without much effort, but how many coasters are built to withstand such abuse? They won't stoop or fall from hard liquor, but don't expect them to be heavy metal (ha! physics joke! or could it be a musician?). Most of my 3 star review comes from the fact that they don't really stop the drips. I figured the rubber strips would drain condensation onto the metal and not stick to the glass. They don't. Consumers who are not into drops may find this product much more satisfying.
