I ordered these pants not knowing how well they would fit. The size chart doesn't help. I'm 5'10" and 263 pounds. I measured my waist (below belly button, hip area). My height was 42.5 inches. I read the reviews and decided on XXL. I received them in a few days. The packaging the pants came in was nice, which surprised me. I tried on the pants and was surprised again. They are soft and fit well. The tightness around my legs, I would say, a little tightness and a bit of comfort in the crotch. Although it is tight in the crotch, it is very comfortable. If you want more compression, please order one size smaller according to the direction description. I wear them all day. Since it's spring, they keep me warm. I'm excited to see how these pants will perform in the summer. I will order more of these pants. One last thing: people seem to be complaining about the belt. It's a little wider than usual. But I have no problem with that. The group tends to roll because I'm fat. The strap is comfortable and I don't have any problems when rolling. I have no problem with the name of the group either. If you think these pants are made of silk then it sounds like you can't or haven't read the description.
